Refund policy

Custom kits, gentle return policy
Because every kit is custom-printed for your dog, we don't accept
returns on completed orders. We do stand behind every kit.

Defective or damaged kits
If your kit arrives damaged, missing parts, or with a printing defect,
email write.me.color.a.dog@gmail.com with a photo within 14 days. We
ship a replacement at no charge.

Photo proof step
Before we print, we send a digital proof for memorial orders and any
photo we're not 100% sure about. If you don't love the proof, we
revise — or refund in full if we can't make it work.

Cancellations
Order placed in the last 24 hours and we haven't started printing?
Full refund, no questions. After printing has started, we can't
refund — but we'll work with you on a re-print at cost if something
went wrong with the photo.
