Shipping policy

How long it takes
Every kit is made to order. Once you upload a photo, we hand-check it,
print the numbered grid on rigid foam board, and pack it. Most orders
ship within 7 business days of approval.

Where we ship
United States only, for now. Shipping is included in the kit price.
We use UPS Ground or USPS Priority depending on your address; you'll
get a tracking number by email when the package leaves the studio.

How long delivery takes
Once shipped, expect 3–5 business days for most U.S. addresses, 5–7
days for Hawaii, Alaska, and rural ZIPs.

If something arrives damaged
Foam board is sturdy but not invincible. If your kit shows up dented,
bent, or short on stickers, email write.me.color.a.dog@gmail.com with
a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no
charge — no need to ship the original back.

Address changes
Once a kit has shipped, we can't reroute it. If you catch an address
typo before it ships (usually within 48 hours of ordering), email us
and we'll fix it.
